Ingredients to make Potato Wedges with Cheese

  • 8 Potatoes (halved lengthwise)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Dry thyme leaves
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180C,line a baking sheet over a baking tray.
  2. In a bowl,mix the halved potatoes,olive oil,salt,pepper powder and dry thyme leaves well and arrange the potatoes over the already lined baking sheet.
