About Potato Wedges with Cheese Recipe

.Dangerously addictive, you cant just stop with one,if you bake these wedges some at home. Since these droolworthy potato wedges are very easy to prepare with your own choice of spices or cheese, one can make their own version of potato wedges.

Potato Wedges with Cheese

Ingredients to make Potato Wedges with Cheese

  • 8 potatoes (halved lengthwise)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Dry thyme leaves
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

How to make Potato Wedges with Cheese

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180C,line a baking sheet over a baking tray.
  2. In a bowl,mix the halved potatoes,olive oil,salt,pepper powder and dry thyme leaves well and arrange the potatoes over the already lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake for about 20-25 minutes.
  4. Top the potato wedges with the parmesan cheese and bake for 5-6 minutes until the cheese gets melted. Serve with ketchup.
