Coco-Mango Delight

Ingredients to make Coco-Mango Delight

  • Mango pulp
  • Tender Coconut water
  • Tender coconut milk
  • Agar Agar
  • Cherries, litchi, Kiwi and Mango

How to make Coco-Mango Delight

  1. Dissolve agar agar in cold water and boil. Add tender coconut water and some sugar. Boil again and pour in glasses.
  2. Add a cherry at the bottom. Tilt the glass a little and let it cool. The mixture gellyfies in about 10 minutes
  3. Again mix some agar agar in cold water and bring to boil. Add fresh mango pulp and boil some more. Add on top of the first layer of jelly and let it cool in a tilted glass.
  4. Once cooled and jellied, add some fresh pieces of mango and litchi.
  5. Mix some agar agar in cold water and bring to boil. Add coconut milk and some sugar. Bring to boil. Pour over the mango pulp layer and let it cool
  6. Garnish with some cut peices of orange jelly and mango fruit. Add a slice of kiwi and serve chilled
