  1. SOAK 1/2 CUP WHOLE BLACK GRAM OVERNIGHT
  2. ADD 1 TBSP PEPPER
  3. ADD REQUIRED ROCK SALT
  4. ADD PINCH OF HING
  5. GRIND TO THICK FINE PASTE
  6. REFRIGERATE FOR 10-20 MINUTES TO GET CRISPY VADAS
  7. DROP SMALL PORTIONS IN MEDIUM HOT OIL
  8. DEEP FRY BONDAS
  9. BLACK URAD DAL BONDAS READY!!
