These sweet and chewy treats are a mixture of crumbled cake with chocolate and rum.

Ingredients to make Rum balls with chocolate sprinkle

  • 300g Chocolate cake
  • 60g desiccated coconut
  • 60ml Rum
  • 60ml Condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup Mixed nuts(almonds cashews) toasted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • Chocolate sprinkles as needed

How to make Rum balls with chocolate sprinkle

  1. Crumble the cake into cake crumbs.
  2. Mix the cake crumbs, rum, coconut, nuts, raisins and condensed milk in a bowl and combine well.
  3. Roll a spoonful of the mixture into balls and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  4. Roll the ball in a plate of chocolate sprinkles and press them gently so they stick
  5. Serve or refrigerate before serving
