Ingredients to make Mango Mastani

  • 2 Ripe Mangoes(around 200 gms weight) – pulped
  • 2 tbsp sugar (if the Mangoes are sweet enough then you need not add sugar but the addition of unsweetened milk might want you to add some sugar)
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • For topping :
  • 1/4 cup chopped or diced Mango
  • 2 tbsp mixed,chopped nuts – cashew,almonds and pistachios
  • 2 Glace cherries

How to make Mango Mastani

  1. In a blender jar,add the milk,sugar and pulped Mangoes and blend to a thick and creamy puree.
  2. Take a serving glass and ladle the Mango puree to fill 1/2 the glass. Add the 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream and cover the top with the chopped or diced Mango.
  3. Decorate with one place cherry on top and sprinkle one tbsp of the nuts mix over the Mastani.Serve at once.
