Oh My The Ambrosial Mango Pie

Ingredients to make Oh My The Ambrosial Mango Pie

  • 0.25 ounces (1 envelope) non flavored gelatin
  • 1 glass warm water
  • 4 ounces of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 2 cups mango puree. I use Ratna brand sweetened mango pulp
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 ounces whipped cream or whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 drops vanilla essence
  • 1(10 inch) graham cracker crust, readymade or home made

How to make Oh My The Ambrosial Mango Pie

  1. Add the gelatin in the glass of warm water. Stir until it is completely dissolved.
  2. Blend together the dissolved gelatin mixture, the cream cheese, mango pulp, sugar and salt.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream or topping.
  4. Pour into the pre-made graham cracker crust. Cover and refrigerate to set, about 4 hours.
  5. Slice and serve. Enjoy!

My Tip:

In step 2, please make sure the mixture is well blended, for a luscious pie with no lumps.Then lightly fold in the whipped cream. You will be amazed at the perfect and fluffy consistency of this pie
