  • Boiled vegetables 1/2 katori. (Peas , carrot, French beans ) etc.
  • Grated carrot 1/4 katori
  • 8 to 10 spinach leaves washed and cut small
  • besan 1/2 katori
  • rice floor 1/2 katori.
  • Salt , chilli powder according to taste
  • Grated coconut (dry) 2 tsp
  • sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  • coriander leaves 2 tsp ( washed and chopped finely.
  • oil for shallow frying.

How to make Rice and vege cutlet especially for kids.

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Add 2 tsp oil.
  3. Make a dough by mixing all ingredients. Add little water if needed.
  4. Shape in a patty or cutlet form.
  5. Shallow fry and serve with tomato ketchup
