About Raw Mango chutney (hot and sweet) Recipe

Mango is a king of fruits so in the season of mango we can enjoy lots of mango cuisine

Raw Mango chutney (hot and sweet)

Ingredients to make Raw Mango chutney (hot and sweet)

  • 500 gms Raw mango slice
  • 500 gms jaggery
  • 2 tsp half dust roasted red chilli
  • 2 tsp half dust roasted fennel
  • 1/2 cup dry fruits
  • salt to taste

How to make Raw Mango chutney (hot and sweet)

  1. Mango slice should be dipped in water for and hour
  2. Then strain water and boiled with jaggery
  3. When the water will reduce add half tsp salt roasted red chilli and roasted fennel
  4. Add crushed dry fruits and it should be perfect sticky
