Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients to make Buffalo Chicken Wings

  • 1 kg Chicken wings
  • 3/4 cup Cornflour
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp Hot sauce
  • 1 tsp Red pepper powder
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Celery sticks for garnishing

How to make Buffalo Chicken Wings

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degree C.
  2. Melt butter in a pan. Stir in hot sauce, red chilli powder, salt and black pepper. Mix until combined.
  3. Heat the oil in deep fryer to 375 degree C or in a kadhai till hot.
  4. In a bowl mix cornflour, salt and pepper. Dip the chicken wings in the mixture then deep fry for 10-15 mins until they are crisp and brown.
  5. Transfer fried wings to a serving plate, pour over the sauce.
  6. Garnish with celery sticks.
