Ingredients to make Suji Mango Cake

  • Suji - 50 ml cup
  • Mango - 5 tbsp pureed
  • Sugar - 4-5 tbsp (adjust as per the sweetness of the mango)
  • Butter - 4-5 tbsp
  • Baking Soda - 2 pinches
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Milk - 3-4 tbsp
  • Some chopped nuts of your choice for garnish

How to make Suji Mango Cake

  1. Take the suji, butter, sugar, baking Soda and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Mix it together well.
  2. Now add the mango puree, milk and mix well them into a smooth batter. Set this aside for 10-15 mins.
  3. Now grease a microwave safe bowl and pour the batter into it. Garnish with nuts of your choice.
  4. Microwave on high powder for 3 mins. Start checking from 2 mins onwards since each microwave differs from one other.
  5. Take it out from the microwave, let it cool down,  cut and serve.
