About MANGO SAUCE Recipe

It is a tangy, salty, spicy and sweet sauce .

MANGO SAUCE

Ingredients to make MANGO SAUCE

  • 1 cup mango puree , which we get from ripe mangoes blended in a mixer grinder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger
  • 1/4 tsp chilly flakes
  • 1/4 tsp jeera powder
  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala
  • salt to taste

How to make MANGO SAUCE

  1. In a non stick pan put together mango puree, salt and sugar. Mix nicely
  2. Cook on low heat , stirring continuously , until becomes thick and the colour becomes little dark.
  3. Now add ginger, chilly flakes, Jeera powder and chaat masala.
  4. Mix well and switch off the gas
  5. The mango sauce is ready. You can relish this sauce with any pakodas, mathris or paranthas

My Tip:

Do not heat the pan before adding the ingredients . Do not leave the sauce in between the cooking process as it might stick to the bottom and get spoiled .
