Ingredients to make B Cube-(Better Butter Brinjal)

  • Butter 5 Tablespoon
  • Garlic 5 Assorted pieces
  • Mustard 1/4 tablespoon
  • Fenugreek 1/4 tablespoon
  • Fenel seeds 1/4 tablespoon
  • Small Onion 10
  • tomatoes 2
  • Curry leaves few
  • Brinjals 5
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tablespoon
  • Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper 1/4 tablespoon
  • Tamarind

How to make B Cube-(Better Butter Brinjal)

  1. Keep all things handy.
  2. Heat the butter in the pan.
  3. Add mustard,curry leaves, fenugreek,Fennel seeds.
  4. Fry chopped onions and, Garlic, tomatoes with required salt for taste.
  5. Add Brinjals and cook it for few mins by closing the pan.
  6. Put turmeric powder and red chilli powder in the mix and deep fry with butter.
  7. Add tamarind water finally for taste. Serve it hot for lunch.

My Tip:

Cook the vegetables in low flame for better result.
