Ingredients to make Open Toast With Egg, Spinach And Tomato

  • Bread slices 2
  • eggs 2
  • spinach leaves 15, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • Medium sized tomato, 1 sliced
  • Red chili flakes, 1 teaspoon
  • oil , 4 tablespoon
  • salt to taste

How to make Open Toast With Egg, Spinach And Tomato

  1. Heat a skillet and add 2 tablespoon oil.
  2. When the oil gets heated, add the tomato slices one by one and fry them for a minute.
  3. Remove and keep it on a separate plate.
  4. To the same skillet, add the chopped spinach leaves, a pinch of salt and fry till the spinach leaves wilt. Remove and keep it on a plate.
  5. Now place the bread slices in the same skillet and gently toast them on both sides. Remove and keep aside.
  6. To prepare the open faced toast: Divide the cooked spinach in two parts.
  7. Place a toasted bread slice on a plate. Spread one part of cooked spinach on the bread slice.
  8. spread chili sauce.
  9. Top this with 4 cooked tomato slices, placing one slice in each corner.
  10. Now place the half fried egg on top of the tomatoes.
  11. Garnish with half a teaspoon of red chili flakes.
  12. Repeat the process for the other egg by using the other part of spinach and remaining tomatoes.

Serve with tomato sauce and a glass of juice.
