  • 100 gms Sugar
  • 100gms ripe mango puree
  • 250 gms ghee
  • 2 tsp Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp green cardamom

How to make RIPE MANGO JELEBI

  1. Make a smooth Dough with cottage cheese mango puree flour ghee cardamom powder baking powder
  2. Take small ball from the Doug and spread like Chapati. Roll like a string and round shape of Jelabi
  3. Another pan make sugar syrup
  4. Frying the Jelebi and dipped in cool syrup
  5. After half an hour it will ready to serve
