  • 100 gms khoiya
  • 50 gms sugar
  • 100 gms ghee
  • 1 tsp green cardamom powder
  • Dry fruits no food colour

How to make RIPE MANGO BARFI

  1. Add ghee in a heated frying pan
  2. Add khoya sugar mango paste
  3. 1 tsp green cardamom
  4. Stir continuous mix well
  5. Plate in a butter paper
  6. Cut barfi shape and garnish with dry fruits
