Simply Rajma

Ingredients to make Simply Rajma

  • 2 cups Rajma boiled well
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 cup capscicum finely chopped
  • 2 tsp kitchen king masala
  • 2 tsp coriander powder, 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp Channa masala
  • 2 cloves, elaichi, bay leaf
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste

How to make Simply Rajma

  1. Heat some oil and add bay leaf once hot
  2. Add the onions and sauté well
  3. Add the ginger garlic paste and fry until the raw smell goes away
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and capsicum and sauté for 2-3 minutes
  5. Add all the masalas and the spices like elaichi
  6. Add the boiled and pressure cooked rajma
  7. Add salt to taste
  8. Sprinkle chopped coriander on top
  9. Serve with hot chappatis

My Tip:

Kitchen King masala and Channa masala make this rajma delicious and easy to make
