Hot Chocolate Float

Ingredients to make Hot Chocolate Float

  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 CUP HALF & HALF
  • 1/4 TSP INSTANT EXPRESSO OR COFFEE POWDER
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 4 OZ DARK OR BITTERSWEET CHOCOLATE
  • BROWN sugar (TO TASTE)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 SCOOPS OF VANILLA ICEcream
  • Whipped cream
  • HOT FUDGE

How to make Hot Chocolate Float

  1. Add milk, half and half, sugar, instant coffee powder, vanilla and salt to a sauce pan and mix well. Bring it to a boil.
  2. Lower the heat and stir in chocolate. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Add two scoops of ice-cream to the mug then pour in hot chocolate over it and garnish with whipped cream and hot fudge. Enjoy
