Ingredients to make Masala Papad

  • Papad - 2
  • Cucumber - 2
  • Tomato -2
  • Onion - 2
  • Green chilli - 1
  • Capsicum - 1
  • Soya katori for decoration 4-5
  • Lemon - 1
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Peanuts 1/2 cup
  • Salt according to taste
  • Pepper

How to make Masala Papad

  1. Chop all the salad ingredients and keep aside
  2. Bake the papad in microwave for 1 minute.
  3. Mix the salad ingredients in peanuts and then add salt and pepper in it
  4. Squeeze lemon in it and then add tomato ketchup in it.
  5. Place a layer of mixture on papad then place other papad on it.
  6. Place one more layer of salad on it
  7. Decorate it with soya katori and ketchup
