ABOUT Masala Papad RECIPE

Evening time appetite and no mood of making anything but still wants to munch something crispy and spicy. Yes , this is the solution and no oil recipe and of course no hard work recipe also. Serve this with mock tails and cocktails.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Papad - 2
  2. Cucumber - 2
  3. Tomato -2
  4. Onion - 2
  5. Green chilli - 1
  6. Capsicum - 1
  7. Soya katori for decoration 4-5
  8. Lemon - 1
  9. Tomato ketchup
  10. Peanuts 1/2 cup
  11. Salt according to taste
  12. Pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop all the salad ingredients and keep aside
  2. Bake the papad in microwave for 1 minute.
  3. Mix the salad ingredients in peanuts and then add salt and pepper in it
  4. Squeeze lemon in it and then add tomato ketchup in it.
  5. Place a layer of mixture on papad then place other papad on it.
  6. Place one more layer of salad on it
  7. Decorate it with soya katori and ketchup
