these veggies are sautéd, take minimal oil preferably olive oil, add oil in a pan before the oil starts smoking put minced garlic add vegetables ( broccoli, carrot , beans, cauliflower).these vegetables should be put in boiling water for 2 minutes and then washed in ice cold water.
