Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200 grams fresh sweetened hung curd
  2. 8 tbsp powder sugar
  3. 1/2 tsp Cardomom powder
  4. 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
  5. 2-3 thread saffron
  6. 2 tbsp warm milk
  7. 2-3 tbsp finely chhoped dry fruits

Instructions

  1. Take a small bowl add warm milk and Saffron and stir it
  2. Now take a bowl add hung curd add powder sugar and mix it well with spoon
  3. Add Saffron dissolved in milk and cinnamon and cardomom powder
  4. Now whip the hung curd with a blender and whip it smoothly till dissolved the sugar or taste it if required more sugar
  5. With the help of spatula scrap the blender sides and edges the curd add a bowl and keep it in refrigerator for set
  6. While serving shrikhand garnish finely chhoped dry fruits and serve it
