Ingredients to make Kesar & Tuti fruity icecream

  • 500 ml amul gold milk
  • 1 small bowl cold milk
  • 9 tbsp sugar
  • 1&1/2 milk powder
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 1&1/2 G.M.S powder
  • chutki C.M.C powder
  • 1&1/2 tbsp amul fresh cream
  • 1 bowl tuti fruity
  • 8- 10 tar kesar

How to make Kesar & Tuti fruity icecream

  1. Take cold milk add cornflour, G.M.C, C.M.C, milk powder. Stair it.
  2. Take 500 ml milk and add sugar boil it till 15 minutes.
  3. Add cold mixture in hot boiling milk mixture. Stair it.
  4. Cool in room temperature, add kesar , mix it,then freeze it till 1&1/2 hour.
  5. After freezing add amul fresh cream& tuti fruity and beat till it became fluffy.
  6. Keep in plastic tin and covered with lid set in deep fridge till 7-8 hour...ready ..happy cooking..

My Tip:

You can use whipped cream instaid of amul fresh cream
