Prawn Cocktail

Ingredients to make Prawn Cocktail

  • 200 gms de shelled and cooked prawns
  • 2-3 tbspn Mayonnaise
  • 1-2 tbspn Tomato Ketchup
  • A dash of Tobasco Sauce
  • 1/2-1 tspn Worcestershire sauce
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lettuce
  • Green onions and pink peppercorns for garnish

How to make Prawn Cocktail

  1. Cook the prawns in the microwave with little water and strain.
  2. Take a bowl and mix all the sauces.
  3. Add the prawns and mix gently
  4. Adjust the seasonings
  5. Now take Chilled cocktail glasses and place shredded lettuce at the bottom.
  6. Put a generous scoop of the prawn mix in the glass on the lettuce
  7. Garnish with some green onions and pink peppercorns

My Tip:

Keep the glasses in the fridge. This is served chilled
