Spinach pan cake with sweet potato and daal gravy.

Ingredients to make Spinach pan cake with sweet potato and daal gravy.

  • Wheat flour 3 tbsp
  • Spinach leaves 10
  • Sweet potato 1 (small) Abt 150 gms
  • Mix daal 2 tbsp
  • Salt (according to requirements)
  • Dhania powder 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato 1 medium size.
  • Butter 1 tsp

How to make Spinach pan cake with sweet potato and daal gravy.

  1. Wash and steam spinach leaves.
  2. Blend and mix with wheat flour to make batter
  3. Pressure cook sweet potato and daal and steam tomato
  4. Remove skin of tomato, blend
  5. Take little butter and add tomato puree and saute for few minutes.
  6. Blend sweet potato and daal together and add in tomato gravy.
  7. Add salt, dhania powder.
  8. Your gravy is ready.
  9. Now on greased ( with butter) nonstick "tawa" prepare pancakes from spinach wheat flour gravy.
  10. Serve with gravy.

My Tip:

You can add little ginger water if you want to.
