Coffee Paneer Peda

Ingredients to make Coffee Paneer Peda

  • 1 cup- chenna ( cottage cheese)
  • 1/2 cup - powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp - boiled milk
  • 1/4 tsp - powdered cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp - coffee
  • Pistachio finely crushed for garnishing

How to make Coffee Paneer Peda

  1. Wrap the chena with a muslin cloth and leave it for an hour to strain water from it.
  2. Knead the chenna for 5-7 mins,like a dough until it becomes smooth. Add the sugar and cardamom and knead for 2 mins more.
  3. Heat a pan, add this dough and cook for 5 mins over low flame. Remove from heat.
  4. Mix milk with coffee in a small bowl. Add this mixture to the dough and mix well.
  5. Form small balls and press it lightly into Peda shape.
  6. Garnish with pistachio.
  7. Enjoy!

My Tip:

If you want, you can add more coffee but just see that the PEDA does not get bitter.
