Paneer skewers

Ingredients to make Paneer skewers

  • paneer 250 gm cut into thick cubes
  • 2 tomatoes cut into dices
  • 1 onion cut into dices
  • Green bell pepper cut into dices
  • red chilli sauce 4 - 5 tsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tsp
  • lemon juice 2 tsp
  • lemon zest 1 tsp
  • Milk 2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • ginger grated 1 tsp
  • garlic grated 2 tsp
  • olive oil 2 tsp for marination and 4 tsp for frying
  • Toothpicks 8 no

How to make Paneer skewers

  1. Firstly, put 1 onion dice, 1 tomato dice, 1 paneer cube and 1 bell pepper dice into toothpick in the given order.
  2. Prepare 8 toothpicks like this.
  3. Now in a bowl, take red chilli sauce, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, olive oil, salt, lemon juice, lemon zest and milk. Mix them well.
  4. Now one by one take 1 prepared paneer stick and brush it with the mix of red chilli sauce and other ingredients prepared in earlier step.
  5. Put them in a plate and refrigerate it for 10 min.
  6. Now take a pan, and drizzle some olive oil. Put carefully all the sticks on pan and drizzle some more olive oil on them.
  7. Carefully roll them on the pan so that they be cooked well on all sides.
  8. After 3-4 min, a brown colour will be there on veggies and paneer.
  9. Take them out on a serving plate and enjoy.
