Ingredients to make Loaf cake

  • Uncut bread loaf 1
  • Mint coriander chutney 5 tablespoon
  • Lettuce 5
  • Cheese slices 3
  • butter 2 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise 4 tablespoon
  • Shredded carrot n cabbage 5 tablespoon
  • White sauce half pan
  • Roasted crushed peanuts 2 tablespoon

How to make Loaf cake

  1. Cut the bread loaf horizontally like cake into 3 .
  2. To each apply melted butter
  3. On the base bread loaf piece spread washed lettuce
  4. On the loaf over the base , spread shredded cabbage ,carrot mixed with mayonnaise salt n pepper and keep it over the base.
  5. Now spread mint coriander chutney on the loaf piece.
  6. On the last loaf piece keep cheese slices and keep it on the chutney loaf.
  7. Now the whole loaf is made.
  8. Cover the whole bread loaf with white sauce like we cover the cake with cream.
  9. Spread roasted peanuts .
  10. Keep in the fridge for half an hour for better results.

My Tip:

Covering the loaf with warm white sauce gives better results.
