ABOUT Cheesy Omelette RECIPE

A perfect omelette full on cheese

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 eggs
  2. 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
  3. 2 tbsp cream
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Black pepper to taste
  6. 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
  7. 1/4 tsp oregano

Instructions

  1. WHISK 3 EGGS
  2. ADD 2 TBSP CREAM
  3. ADD SALT AND BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE AND WHISK
  4. HEAT 1 TBSP BUTTER
  5. POUR EGGS AND SPREAD KEEPING THE HEAT TO MEDIUM
  6. WHEN THE EGG STARTS GETTING COOKED, GENTLY PUSH THE COOKED EDGES TOWARDS CENTRE
  7. WHEN THE EGG IS ALMOST COOKED, SPREAD 1/4 CUP CHEDDAR CHEESE ON HALF OF THE OMELETTE
  8. SPRINKLE 1/4 TSP CHILLI FLAKES AND 1/4 TSP OREGANO
  9. FLIP THE OTHER SIDE ON TOP OF CHEESE AND COOK FOR A MINUTE ON LOW HEAT
