Ingredients to make Soya veg paneer kebabs

  • 1 cup nutrella soya granules
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup - Carrots capsicum cabbage mix
  • 50 gms Paneer
  • Salt chaat masala gud pinch garam masala
  • All spices as per taste
  • 1 table spoon corn flour
  • Bread crumbs
  • One egg optional for eggitarians if you want you can dip and apply crumbs and shallow fry
  • Oil for shallow frying
  • Chopped coriander
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

How to make Soya veg paneer kebabs

  1. Heat half ltre water with lil salt as cums to boil add the soya granules in nd kp fr 2min on slow flame
  2. Remove and strain well, squeeze all water keep aside
  3. Boil potatoes cool and mash.
  4. Chop all veggies and crumble paneer into them.
  5. Add spices to veggie mix mashed potatoes, now add this to the soya granules ready, also adding at this stage the corn flour. Mix all this well into a dough
  6. Shape the kebabs as you wish and roll in crumbs
  7. Ready to fry.
  8. Heat sum oil in a less deep pan to shallow fry.
  9. Those who like eggs beat an egg, dip the kebabs and fry.

My Tip:

Do it fresh and fry just before serving. Moderate spices better . Don't over fry
