Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fish egg - 250 gm
  2. Chivda - 1 cup
  3. Chopped onion - 1 medium
  4. Chopped ginger - 2 inch
  5. Chopped garlic - 4
  6. Salt
  7. Murmure (Puffed rice) - 1 small bowl
  8. Refined oil for frying
  9. Chooped coriander

Instructions

  1. Mash the fish egg properly. Soak the chivda in water for 10 mnts and drain it out properly by squeezing the water. Please make sure no water is left out.
  2. In the fish egg add the chivda, onion, ginger, garlic, salt, coriander.
  3. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. When the oil is smoking hot add the puffed rice in the fish egg mixture and mix properly.
  4. Make small balls from the mixture and fry them.
  5. Take out from oil and keep in tissue to drain the excess oil.
  6. Garnish as per your own choice.
