Kale Crisps

Ingredients to make Kale Crisps

  • Kale Leaves 3-4 stems
  • Olive oil 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp or as desired
  • Pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Chillie Powder 1-2 pinch
  • Sugar powder 1/2 tsp

How to make Kale Crisps

  1. Wash Kale
  2. Tear the leaves from the stems and put in a bowl.
  3. Drizzle with Olive Oil (Do not drench it) and mix.
  4. Add salt, pepper, chilli and mix well.
  5. Place the kale on a baking sheet, each piece should be separate. Do not overcrowd.
  6. Pre-heat the oven to 150 degree centigrade.
  7. Put the sheet in and heat for 10 - 12 minutes till kale is dry and dark green but not brown.
  8. Take out of the oven, sprinkle with sugar and serve.
