Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup boiled Daliya
  2. half cup paneer
  3. 1 cup boiled potatoes
  4. 3 tablespoons chopped onion
  5. one teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
  6. little black pepper
  7. salt to taste
  8. freshly chopped coriander leaves
  9. few raisins
  10. one teaspoon red chilli powder

Instructions

  1. ADD 1 CUP BOILED DALIA
  2. 1 CUP BOILED AND MASHED POTATOES
  3. ADD FRESHLY CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
  4. ADD 3 TBSP CHOPPED ONIONS
  5. 1 TSP GINGER AND GARLIC PASTE
  6. ADD SALT AND 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  7. MIX NICELY
  8. TAKE 1/2 CUP CRUMBLE PANEER, ADD LITTLE BLACK PEPPER, SALT AND FEW RAISINS
  9. MIX NICELY
  10. MAKE SMALL BALLS
  11. MAKE BALLS FROM DALIA DOUGH ABD FLATTEN THEM
  12. PLACE A PANEER BALL IN THE CENTRE
  13. COVER AND MAKE A BALL
  14. IN A PAN ADD 1 TBSP OIL AND SHALLOW FRY TGE KABABS
  15. FLIP THE SIDES ABD FRY FRY NICELY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  16. KABABS HAVE BEEN PERFECTLY FRIED NOW
