Paneer Sprouts Salad

Ingredients to make Paneer Sprouts Salad

  • 2 tablespoon moong sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons onion chopped
  • half cup Mini paneer cubes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped tomatoes
  • one tablespoon grated carrot
  • one tablespoon grated beetroot
  • freshly Chopped coriander leaves
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

How to make Paneer Sprouts Salad

  1. TAKE 2 TBSP MOONG SPROUTS
  2. MICROWAVE FOR 30 SECONDS AND ADD 2 TBSP ONION, 2 TBSP TOMATOES
  3. ADD 1 TBSP GRATED CARROT, 1 TBSP GRATED BEETROOT
  4. ADD 1/2 CUP MINI PANEER CUBES AND SALT
  5. ADD 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  6. 1 TBSP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
  7. ADD 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
  8. ADD FRESHLY CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES AND MIX NICELY
