Shahi garlic tawa paneer gravy

Ingredients to make Shahi garlic tawa paneer gravy

  • 500 gms paneer cubes
  • one tablespoon corn flour
  • 1 tsp chilli tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste(for paneer)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • one tablespoon butter( for grilling)
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 500 dreams chopped tomatoes
  • one fourth of cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • one tablespoon Kitchen King powder
  • one teaspoon red chilli powder
  • salt to taste

How to make Shahi garlic tawa paneer gravy

  1. IN A WOK HEAT 2 TBSP OF OIL AND ADD 1 CHOPPED ONION
  2. WHEN ONIONS ARE TRANSPARENT ADD 1 TSP GINGER AND GARLIC PASTE AND SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES
  3. ADD 500 GMS OF CHOPPED TOMATOES AND SAUTE TILL LITTLE MUSHY
  4. NOW ADD 1/4 CUP CASHEWS AND AGAIN SAUTE
  5. COOK COVERED TILL OIL SEPARATES
  6. TOMATOES ARE NOW MUSHY, SWITCH OFF THE GAS AND LET IT COOL DOWN
  7. NOW ADD THIS MIXTURE IN A BLENDER
  8. ADD LITTLE MILK AND MAKE A PASTE
  9. IN A WOK ADD 2 TBSP BUTTER
  10. ADD THE TOMATO PASTE AND COOK ON LOW HEAT
  11. KEEP ON ADDING 1 CUP MILK LITTLE BY LITTLE, AS PER YOUR CHOICE OF THICKNESS OF GRAVY
  12. ADD 1 TBSP TOMATO KETCHUP AND MIX
  13. ADD 1 TSP OF RED CHILLI POWDER, 1 TBSP OF KITCHEN KING POWDER
  14. ADD SALT AND STIR, KEEP ASIDE
  15. FOR GRILLED PANEER: ADD 1 TBSP CORN FLOUR, 1/2 TSP MIXED HERBS
  16. ADD 1 TSP GINGER AND GARLIC PASTE, BLACK PEPPER
  17. SALT AND 1 TSP CHILLI TOMATO SAUCE
  18. 1/4 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  19. MIX WITH LITTLE WATER
  20. HEAT 1 TBSP BUTTER
  21. MARINATE PANEER CUBES FOR 5 MINUTES
  22. SHALLOW FRY
  23. FLIP AND FRY FROM BOTH SIDES, SIMILARLY READY ALL PANEER CUBES
  24. PUT SHAHI GRAVY IN SERVING DISH
  25. PLACE GARLIC TAWA PANEER ON TOP AND SERVE
  26. SERVE HOT
