Ingredients to make Cheese souffle

  • Egg yolks (4)
  • Egg whites (4)
  • Grated cheese (2 cup)
  • Milk (1.25 cup)
  • Maida (1/2 cup)
  • Butter (30gm)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Basil/oregano

How to make Cheese souffle

  1. Heat some butter in a Pan, add the Maida and stir. Add the milk and stir till there are no lumps and it is thick. Remove from heat Now add the grated cheese and stir till it melts.
  2. Now add the egg yolks and stir, add salt pepper, basil/oregano.
  3. Whisk egg whites till peaks are formed. Fold this into the yolk mixture. Pour this into ramekins and bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 200.
