Ingredients to make Cucumber Dill Salad Dip

  • 2 seedless cucumbers chopped fine
  • 3 tsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tsp Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 2 tsp dill leaves chopped fine
  • 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp garlic powder

How to make Cucumber Dill Salad Dip

  1. Combine all the ingredients well and apply the spread to the bread slices or add as sauce to gyros or serve as a dip with grilled meats.
  2. Chill the dip in refrigerator if desired to make chilled cucumber sandwiches.

My Tip:

Garlic Powder-- First, peel the garlic cloves. Then cut them into thin slices and put in a dry pan. Place the pan in a 150-degree oven to dry the garlic, turning the slices often. Grind the dried slices in a blender, then sift the material through a strainer to separate the chunks from the finer powder.
