Ingredients to make Chocolate eclairs

  • flour - 1/2 cup
  • water - 1/2 cup
  • butter - 4 tbsp
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 2
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Double cream
  • Chocolate chips

How to make Chocolate eclairs

  1. Heat the pan with water and butter, then add flour + sugar + salt. Stir it and cook for 3-4 minutes
  2. Now take the mixture in a mixing bowl and beat it with a beater.
  3. Then add the eggs and beat it till a paste id formed. Put this paste in a piping bag and pipe them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake then at 200 for 35-40 minutes. Cool them.
  5. Now slice them and pipe them with whipped cream. (Double cream is beaten to form a fluffy whipped cream) .
  6. Melt chocolate chips with double cream to form a ganache and coat the eclairs with it.
