Sausage and Spinach Fritatta

Ingredients to make Sausage and Spinach Fritatta

  • Olive oil 1 tsp
  • 1 thinly sliced boiled potato ( small )
  • Eggs 3 beaten
  • Grated cheddar cheese 3 tbsp
  • Fresh chopped spinach 1 cup
  • Sliced mushrooms 1 cup
  • Chopped green onions 3/4 cup
  • Chicken sausages cut into pieces 3-4
  • Chicken salamis julienned 3-4
  • Fresh basil 4-5
  • salt as per taste
  • Cayenne pepper as per taste

How to make Sausage and Spinach Fritatta

  1. Take a microwave-safe serving bowl and grease it with olive oil. Now arrange the potato slices in the bowl making the first layer. Bake it in the convection mode for 5 minutes at 180C.
  2. Take it out and arrange rest of the vegetables 1 by 1 making layers of each of them , keeping basil at the top.
  3. Add grated cottage cheese. Add some salt to the beaten eggs and pour it on the veggies spreading it all over.
  4. Now arrange sausages and salamis to this and top it with a layer of cheese.
  5. Again sprinkle some salt and pepper over the bowl and bake it for 20-25 minutes or till fully cooked at 180C.
