Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Flour 2 cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Oil 2 spoon
  4. Butter as required
  5. Warm water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take flour, Oil, salt . Mix all ingredients. Knead smooth dough by adding warm water.
  2. Cover it with clean cloth and leave it to set for 30 minutes.
  3. Divide dough into balls.
  4. Take one dough balls, flatt it by pressing between your palms and coat it with dust of flour.
  5. Roll out dough balls .Now spread oil entire surface using hand and sprinkle dry flour on it.
  6. Hold wide strip with finger from the top edge of rolled paratha, and fold backwards. Now hold two ends of strip and spread by hand.
  7. Roll it like Swiss roll. Press and stick outer end against roll's immediate surface.
  8. Take one roll and place it rolling board. Coat with dry flour and roll it out gently.
  9. Heat tawa.
  10. Place raw lachha Paratha on a hot tawa. When you see tiny bubbles rise on the surface, flip it up side down.
  11. Spread butter over each side with spatula and cook both sides get golden brown colour.
  12. Transfer to serving dish and spread butter on it.
