ABOUT Chicken cheese corn Samosa savoury RECIPE

A very palatable bland mix of chicken cheese n sweet corn into the most favourite savoury during Ramdaan, Samosas, served with the seasonal king of fruits Raw Mango mint chutney very tangy n tasty to kill the bland mix of samosas .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken 3 to 4 pieces fleshy to choose
  2. One to two Amul or Go cheese cubes as per choice
  3. 1 1/2 cup sweet corn
  4. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  5. Half tsp garam masala
  6. Salt pepper asap
  7. Switz Samosa Patti 1pac
  8. Oil to deep fry
  9. For the chutney::
  10. 1 big raw mango
  11. Few sprigs mint leaves n green chillies as per taster
  12. Cummin powder pinch
  13. Garlic 2-3 pieces optional
  14. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken pieces with salt pepper ginger garlic paste and half tsp garam masala
  2. Grate cheese keep it ready
  3. Boil sweet corn kernels
  4. Cool and shred chicken frm bones
  5. Now mix corn cheese nd chicken season a little managing salt ,pepper nd garam masala
  6. Add chopped coriander to give flavour
  7. Now take pattis one by one fold in cone as you prefer to .
  8. Put in the filling ready chicken cheese corn
  9. Seal ends with little paste of wheat flour and water
  10. Optional :
  11. Deep fry well asap or freeze for use asap frozen life 15Days
