Sprouted Moong Puda or Chillas

Ingredients to make Sprouted Moong Puda or Chillas

  • 2 cups sprouted moong
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1/2 inch of ginger
  • 3 tbsp of paneer
  • 3 tbsp of dalia powder
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 small chopped capsicum
  • Handful of coriander leaves
  • salt as per taste

How to make Sprouted Moong Puda or Chillas

  1. Grind the sprouts, ginger, garlic and green chilli in the mixer. Keep them in the fridge till the cooking time.
  2. Then take it out 1 hr before cooking, then later on add the onions, capsicum, paneer, coriander and salt to taste.
  3. Serve instantly for best taste.
