Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 cups sago pearls
  2. 1 cup diced potataoes
  3. 1 tspn grated ginger
  4. 1 tspn chopped green chilli
  5. 1/2 bowl roasted and crushed peanuts
  6. 1 tspn cumin seeds
  7. 2 tspn oil
  8. Salt as taste
  9. 1 tspn lemon juice
  10. 1 tspn roasted cumin powder
  11. 1 tspn roasted coriander powder
  12. Chopped corriander for garnish
  13. Pomegranate pearls for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash sabudana pearls 3 times
  2. Now soak sabudana in water for 2 hours
  3. After 2 hours drain all water and seive it properly
  4. Keep aside for 2 hours
  5. Now take a big non stik wok
  6. Add oil to it
  7. Now add cumin seed and let it crackle
  8. Now add ginger and chiily stir it
  9. Now add diced potatoes 1 cup
  10. Cover it till it became soft
  11. Now add seived sabudana pearls
  12. Mix it well
  13. Cover it for 5 min
  14. Now add salt to taste and all masale
  15. Now add crushed peanuts
  16. Lastly add lemon juice switch the gas off
  17. Stir throughly
  18. Garnish with chopped corriander and pomegranate pearls
