Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1.5 cups Rolled oats
  2. 1/2 cup Peanut butter
  3. 1/4 cup Honey
  4. 2 to 2.5 tablespoons Ground flax seeds
  5. 1/4 cup Chocolate chips (add or reduce as per taste)

Instructions

  1. Line a pan with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Take a mixing bowl and add the oats and ground flax into it. Combine well.
  3. Melt the honey and peanut butter together until it’s smooth enough to mix with the oats. [You could do this in the microwave for approximately 1 to 2 minutes because it’s faster]
  4. Combine the mixture with the oats and flax and mix well.
  5. Allow it to cool for sometime. Add the chocolate chips and stir well. [Add the chocolate chips only after the mixture has cooled, or else the chocolate will melt]
  6. Pour it into your prepared pan, and store it in the refrigerator/ freezer for a few hours until it’s set enough to cut into squares.
  7. Store them in the refrigerator to keep them firm.
