  3. Cumin seeds : 1 tsp
  4. Chana dal : 1 tbsp
  5. Tomatoes : 2
  6. Green chilli : 2
  7. Onion : 3
  8. Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp
  9. Oil : 3 tbsp
  10. Salt : 1 1/2 tsp
  11. Garam masala : 1/4 tbsp
  12. Dry mango powder : 1/4 tsp
  13. Chana masala : 3 tbsp
  14. Red Chilli powder : 3 tbsp
  15. Water : 1/2 glass
  16. Chopped coriander : 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. TAKE 2 TOMATOES,3 ONIONS,2 GREEN CHILLI
  2. CHOP ONION,GREEN , TOMATOES INTO SMALL PIECES
  3. ADD ENOUGH WATER TO COVER THE CHICKPEAS.COVER AND PRESSURECOOK FOR 2 WHISTLE.
  4. HEAT PAN AND ADD 3 TBSP OIL
  5. ADD 1 TSP MUSTARD SEEDS.SAUTE IT
  6. ADD 1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS AND 1 TBSP CHANA DAL,1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER.SAUTE IT
  7. ADD ONION AND GREEN CHILLI AND COOK TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  8. ADD 1 1/2 TSP SALT .MIX WELL
  9. ADD TOMATOES AND MIX WELL AND COOK TILL SOFT
  10. ADD COOKED CHANA AND MIX WELL
  11. ADD 1/4 TBSP GARAM MASALA, 1/4 TSP DRY MANGO POWDER
  12. ADD 3 TBSP OF CHANA MASALA AND MIX WELL AND COOK IT
  13. ADD 3 TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER AND MIX WELL AND COOK
  14. ADD 1/2 GLASS WATER MIX AND COOK WELL FOR 5 MINUTES
  15. ADD 3 TBSP CHOPPED CORIANDER AND MIX WELL
  16. COOK FOR 2 MINUTES AND SWITCH OFF STOVE.SERVE
