Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 500 ml of yogurt/ Dahi/ curd
  2. 1/8 teaspoon roasted cumin seed powder Bhuna jeera
  3. 1/4 teaspoon black salt, optiona
  4. 1/2 teaspoon Salt to taste
  5. 1/4 cup/15-20 no mint leaves chopped
  6. Few mint leaves for garnishing
  7. 1/2 cup of ice cubes optional

Instructions

  1. Blend mint leaves with 1/4 cup of yoghurt to make a paste. .
  2. Add yoghurt, salt, black salt, cumin powder and little water(optional).
  3. Blend just enough to make the drink smooth.
  4. Pour it over ice cubes and garnish with roasted cumin seed powder and mint leaves.
