Ingredients to make eggless vanilla cherry sponge cake.

  • maida 1 and 1/4 cup (1 cup=200ml)
  • baking powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • baking soda1/2 tsp
  • condensed milk 3/4 cup
  • butter 4 tbsp
  • vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • water 1/2 cup for mixing
  • cherries- deseeded and roughly chopped
  • Oil for greasing

How to make eggless vanilla cherry sponge cake.

  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degree
  2. Take a bowl and sieve into the maida,baking powder and baking soda.
  3. Take another bowl and put into it butter, condensed milk and vanilla essence and mix with hand blender..
  4. Transfer the dry ingredients into the bowl of wet ingredient and mix well.
  5. Slowly mixing the water and stirring..make a falling smooth batter.
  6. Take a baking tin, grease with oil and dust the flour at base and transfer the batter into it.
  7. Top it up with the chopped cherries(as much u want)
  8. Bake it at 180° for 35 min. Let it cool and separate the edges and turn it over the plate.
