How to make KIBBE / KIBBEH
My Tip:My recipe of kibbeh here is with some minor changes. Though I have tried making with meat earlier, today I have used chicken mince and the taste is as good as the ones made with red meat. I also like to add a spoon of Zatar to this as I love it's tangy flavour.
