Ingredients to make Chicken cheese roll

  • For d dough :maida 1 cup
  • wheat flour 1/2cup
  • salt as per taste
  • milk 1tbsp
  • ghee 1/2tsp
  • Food soda a pinch
  • For d filling: chicken 1/2 kg
  • spring onion 4-5 wid d green part
  • green chilly 5-6
  • coriander leaves a handful
  • Grated Cheese a big cup
  • Green capsicum 1 (finely chopped)
  • salt as per taste
  • oil 1 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1 -1/2 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste -1tsp

How to make Chicken cheese roll

  1. For d dough mix all d ingrdients under for d dough section and make a smooth dough .add water if required
  2. Keep aside for abt 10 - 15 mins
  3. For d filling : boil d chicken wid ginger garlic paste and shred
  4. Heat oil in pan add d onion, green chilly , shredded chicken , capsicum salt coriander leaves ...saute for a few mins and remove frm flame
  5. Now add in d cheese and chaat masala.mis well
  6. Now take d dough make lemon size balls and roll out chapatis wid a rolling pin
  7. Place sum filling in d centre of d chapati and seal forming a roll
  8. Prepare similar rolls wid d remaing dough
  9. Deep fry dese rolls on medium high heat till they turn light brown in colour and crispy
  10. Srve hot wid ur favourite dip
