A yogurt based Italian ice cream with a hint of coffee.

Coffee Yogurt Ice-Cream

Ingredients to make Coffee Yogurt Ice-Cream

  • hung curd/yogurt - 1/2 cup
  • Heavy cream - 1/4 cup
  • Powdered sugar - 1/4 cup
  • Chocolate chips - 1/2 cup
  • Instant coffee powder - 2 tsp

How to make Coffee Yogurt Ice-Cream

  1. Whisk the cream with the powdered sugar till it forms stiff peaks.
  2. Now lightly whisk the yoghurt as well. Dissolve the coffee powder in 1 tbsp of water.
  3. Now fold in the cream and the coffee liquid into the yoghurt. Mix the chocochips and freeze the mixture.
  4. Now after an hour, mix the mixture again with a fork, freeze again. Repeat this process twice and freeze. Serve
