Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Penne pasta 1/2 pack
  2. Garlic cloves 3 to 4
  3. For pasta sauce-
  4. Tomatoes 2 medium sized
  5. Garlic cloves 4 to 5
  6. Basil leaves 3 to 4
  7. Red chili powder as per taste
  8. salt as per taste
  9. Sugar 1 pinch
  10. For american corns-
  11. Boiled corns 250 grams
  12. Fresh lime juice 2 tsp
  13. Butter 2 tsp
  14. Oregano flakes 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Firstly boil the pasta and strain it with fresh water and keep aside. Drizzle some cooking oil to make it non sticky.
  2. Take a wok, add oil.
  3. Add crushed garlic in it.
  4. Take tomatoes and basil leaves grind them.
  5. Now add sugar some salt chilli powder in it.
  6. Now stir it till the puree gets cooked.
  7. Lastly garnish it with oregano flakes.
  8. Now take the pasta and add this in the tomato basil sauce.
  9. Mix it gently to avoid pasta from breaking.
  10. Drizzle some olive on the top of the pasta. Enjoy.
  11. Now for corns:
  12. Take a wok, add butter.
  13. Now add corns in it.
  14. Add some lime juice.
  15. Mix well,
  16. Sprinkle some oregano on it. Enjoy.
