Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Palak 250 gms
  2. Ajwain 1/2 tbsp
  3. Malai 1/2 cup
  4. Green chillies 2
  5. Garlic cloves 4
  6. Atta

Instructions

  1. Grind 250 gms palak, 4-5 garlic, 2 green chillies and add a little bit of water to make a smooth paste.
  2. Now take the atta, add 1/2 cup of malai to it. Put in the palak paste into the atta and add ajwain, salt and other spices as per taste to make a dough. (Add water only if required).
  3. Cook the parathas and serve them hot with butter.
